I alomost forgot about this journal, but I might be stopping by here from time to time.
For now I'm mainly over at LJ.

I'll kick things off with a video about Norway:

It's the Norwegian Independence day today. Kind of weird being being back here on the actual day after three years in London.
I have kind of a relaxed view on the whole thing though.
Still I hope all my countrymen have had a wonderful day!

I'm in the process of working on a little project here in Lj, and during a little search on Youtube I found some vids about Norway. So if any of you on my flist are curious about Norway, what it looks like and such, go behind the cut for some vids.

It's the Norwegian Independence day today. Kind of weird being stuck in a foreign country on a day like this, but it's my third year, so I don't mind. I have kind of a relaxed view on the whole thing.
Still I hope everybody over there in Norway land has a wonderful day, and if, like me, you're not in Norway today I still hope you manage to celebrate in some way.

Have a lot of pictures I've been wanting to post. Mostly of the areas where I live in Norway, London and even Poland. These pictures have been taken from mid january up until now, so there are quite a few. So if you want to know a little more about where I live, follow the cuts. :D

Hope that was informative and not to dull. Now, time for bed. Have classes tomorrow, and we're filming some pick ups afterwards.

I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!! I'm going home today!!!

AHHHH! The loveliness of it all.

Jumping in a taxi at 1630, plane leaves at 1930. Problem is that if my flight from London to Oslo is delayed I might not get my baggage in Oslo. You see, Norway has this stupid little rule that if you travel, say London-Oslo-Kristiansand, you have to go through customs with all your bags in Oslo, and then check them in again. I only hav abput 40 minutes in Oslo, so if my flight's delayed I'll have to leave it. They'll send it on the next plane, but it just bugs me... But then again there's trouble with the flights from Oslo, so I might be stuck there all night before I get home. I'm tempted to demand that they put me on a train because I want to get home as soon as possible. We'll see, no need to worry before it happens.

Point is; I'M GOING HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hurray!!!

Made it home safely yesterday, but not without some complications. Hehe.
The flight from London to Copenhagen was delayed quite a bit, I refuesed to look at my watch, but It felt like an hour, and considering I only had 40 mins in Copenhagen to catch my next plane when I booked the flight I was getting a mite nervous.
They told the people with connection flights which gates they should run go to. When we finally landed and were able to get off people practically ran out of the plane... I've never seen a plane empty that fast, hehe. Anyways.. I ran like crazy and just made it in time. Ironically enough the flight home was delayed a bit as well, so I was lucky.
Made it home in one piece, just crashed on the sofa watching telly for a while before I went to bed.

[livejournal.com profile] beluga and [livejournal.com profile] isil80 might stop by later today. Yay.

So yesterday after my post, my headache was letting go, so I put on 'X2', wasn't quite able to keep up with that one either, but was better than earlier in the day. Still lovin' the fridge scene. *daydreams*

So went to bed at about 00:00, couldn't sleep at all. Got up at 06:00, got ready and we piled in a taxi to get to the boat. When we got there, we found out we were 45 mins to early... oh, how fun. :p I was surprisingly awake actually. We got on the boat which left at about 08:15. Had breakfast, and just relaxed on the way to Denmark, I had a flu bug annoying me, and my nose was running like crazy. Had a trip to the tax-free, bought some chocolate. Arrived in Denmark, sat on the boat, and the it headed back to Norway. Headace decided to return at that time, and that didn't really help much. Boat trip went fine, we had dinner and just relaxed. My nose started clearing up, but I was left with the headache. We got back at about 18:15. [livejournal.com profile] beluga  picked us up, went home, tried to relax a bit befor the cinema.

My head was starting to get a bit better when we headed to the cinema, which was good. Met up with [livejournal.com profile] isil80. They gave me a Marvel superhero bed spread as a going away present, it had Wolverine on it! Damn cool! Thanks again sweeties!

We went into the theatre, got free chocolate, hurray! And watched 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'. Was doing really well, and the headace had decided to leave me, when the movie is interrupted by this horrible sound, high picthed tone, think it lasted at least 5 minutes, the disruption in the movie was longer than that. By the time they figured out what was wrong, my headache was back, and worse. The movie started again, and I tried to relax.

The movie itself was good, brought to mind the lessons I had at school about musical, perticulary 'The Wizard of Oz'. I liked it, but will write more about that later.

My head is bugging me, feeling kind of sick on top of that, so am heading for bed in a little while. Can't be bothered to check spelling...

Tomorrow there's packing and other exiting stuff. ;p

I know you're all just dying to know hoe the 'talk' at work went, well you will have to wait no longer because I'm going to tell you...
It went fine, I put on my nice voice, and she took all that I said and jotted it down on the form so the superiors can have a look at it. She explained some things to me so I could see she had been struggeling as well, but to be honest I'm not very sympathetic... I din't get to say everything I wanted to say, because I forgot the list in the ticket booth, but no bother.
But now I am free, I will never had to work in that shithole again. :D

Now I am at home waiting for Benedicte and Nina to come for a visit, they're staying over till tomorrw. Am thinking I'll take them out in the boat this evening, just relax, see if [livejournal.com profile] beluga and [livejournal.com profile] isil80 will join us down in the city. If they're not levaing straight away tomorrow, I'm thinking a trip to the zoo might be in the cards... it is after all one, of not the, major tourist attraction in this city.

Hmm, am feeling the need for a little change here, anyone wanna make an icon for me?
Wish is simple, Elijah Wood, Hugh Jackman/Wolverine, or one with both?

Don't know if I said, but I've posted a new batch of icons over at [livejournal.com profile] mukkianglia, plaese join. :)
