And why are people so desperate to tell me the spoilers, even when I say I don't want to know any. Come on!!

I'm full of addicted to the show now (I am a recent convert). I'm actually trying to stay spoiler free myself.

It's hard to stay spoiler free.
It's not that the stuff I've been told or acidentally read or seen were big things, but it piles up and now I just wish that I could un-know it.

I need a 'don't spil me' icon.

It's nothing really big, but lots of little things, and it just gets annyoing when I don't want to know. Especially when I say I don't want to know any spoilers and people then feel compelled to tell me.

The things I already know about the first episode because people have neglected spoiler cuts or just flat out told me just kind of spoils the whole episode for me.

Yea it's no fun when you know what's gonna happen. I've seen some serious drama in lj comm's over spoilers/lj-cuts.. people get ripped over that!

Starts next week right? It's coinciding with Grey's Anatomy which really sucks, but will have to just tape one of them.

You could also download the show you miss. As far as I'm concerned 'Supernatural' is the show to catch 'live'. However I have to download both, so...

My sis could tape it for me.. think i'd rather watch it on the tele than a pc. But it's a good option to have!

Yeah, Tv is best, but it's good to know that if all else fails, there are downloads. :)

They just want to spread the misery, perhaps? Maybe they think it's funny or amusing to spoil others by surprise. You're right, an lj cut isn't that hard. Losers.

Some people might think 'this is minor, nobody will care'. Problem is, how can they be so sure?

They can't be sure and it's obvious they don't care one bit, either.

AMEN!! *high fives you and points to icon* It physically HURTS when I see a label for a spoiler cause I get SO tempted, but I've stayed strong so far and haven't read any. But when people don't label them and then start rambling on about what's going to happen, I quickly avert my eyes and run away from my computer screaming, pissed off at the inconsiderate nature of some people. *huff*

Yes, I am very tempted by the spoiler cuts too. It's hard to stay away, but I'm comitted to it, as I've learned the hard way that spoilers tend to suck the fun out of some things for me.

It's not that hard to put up and LJ cut and write that it contains spoilers.
That's what happened to me to, it just says 'pictures' for example, with no mention of it being from season two... annoying.

I know! Why is it so hard for people to simply type the word "spoilers" before rambling on about stuff that a good number of people DON'T want to read!?? Even if they don't use a cut (though they SHOULD), even putting "spoilers" in big letters before they start talking about it is at least some kind of warning for those of us who don't want to be spoiled.

I agree, if they don't know how to use a cut, at least write 'spoiler' in capitol letters or something to warn people.

I don't know any and I don't want to know.

I'll never post spoilers outside a cut, and those cuts will be clearly marked as such.

I don't want to know anything either... until I see it happen on the show.
