At this very moment I was supposed to be on a plane from Oslo to London, but that was not to be. I am at home right now.

We got to the airport, and saw that my flight had been delayed an hour. It was still enough time for me to catch the connection in Oslo, so we waited, after an hour it got delayed further. I figure I might as well go to the information and just rebook the flight, so I'll be leaving tomorrow at 8 a.m. instead.
Suits me just fine to be honest, at least then I have all day tomorrow if there should be more delays and such.

A good rule of thumb is in winter months, when the weather can be inclement and delays can happen, book the very first flight of the day whenever possible. Typically, as the day progresses, the delays extend, because equipment not getting to where it needs to be will slow things further, and weather conditions worsen.

Yeah, no worries, I didn't mind at all.

The Airport in Oslo sucks, it's a total failure. It can't handle a little bad weather before everything goes to hell.
Today it was snow.

Good rule, and I usually do it, but I opted for the cheaper ticket this time around. I usually go two days before I actually have classes in case something like this happens.
