I've finished my friends cut.
Mostly cut people I felt haven't really been around here much or at all.

Apparantly there's been a glitch in LJ så some people have unfriended people on their flist without wanting to do so. I've seen posts about this around my flist. As far as I can tell I still have everyone up on my flist, but if it looks like I've unfriended you in the last days, then I haven't. Just comment here and I'll add you back.

Let's celebrate again our love for Middle-earth with a similar initiative:

March 2007: CELEBRATE MIDDLE-EARTH MONTH (CMEM-07)

You don't need to sign up anywhere to participate. But if you see this on your friends-page and like the idea, please post this text to your LJ to spread the word.


How to participate:

1. Pick a day of the week (or more than one) on which you resolve to always post something LotR-related in March, and let your friends-list know.

2. Go back and read your favourite chapters from the book, or watch the movies again. Let the beauty of LotR inspire you. And then, share the love.

3. Start your subject line with (CMEM-07) when you post, and use a "CMEM-07" tag. This'll make it easy to spot your CMEM-07-entries.

No matter if you just ramble about your undying love for LotR, picspam us, post wallpapers, icons, or write fan fic/create fan art, the plan is to get as many LotR-related entries on our friends-pages as possible throughout March.

It's weird, just this morning I was thinking about how much I really missed the whole experience that was LOTR, and I find this in cologne_chick's journal. I don't know how much I'll be able to do on this whole project, but I'll try. :)

Am goint to Oslo this weekend, won't be able to get online while I'm there.
I'm using this opportunity to take a little break from LJ as well. It's been taking up a lot of my time lately and I need to focus on other things. I'll still check inonce in a while, but I won't be as active.
If you wanna defriend me because of this I won't hold a grudge, just tell me so I can do the same.

Am having a little 'Supernatural' marathon up until the season 2 premiere. Just finished 'Faith', yeah, I know I just saw it, but I love that episode. Also, am working on a little project and I need to watch all the episodes to do it.
3 DAYS TO GO!!! *Hyper bouncing*

Got an answer on one of my job applications last week. It's funny really. Turned out I'd found this guy's website that he set up as a school project, and sent an application. Lol. He sent me a letter explaining the misup, also writing that he's working at the local TV-channel and will keep his eyes open if any work opens up for me.
Kind of a crazy misunderstanding, but I was very grateful that he spent the time and money to send me a letter explaining, and asking me to e-mail if I wanted him to keep his eyes open for a job for me where he's woking. I've e-mailed him back, thanking him, and that it would be great if he kept an eye open for me.

Not much else happening, looks to be a quiet week at work. 
I need new icons, have been collecting a bit.
