Am so relieved now.

Mum told me on Saturday that they'd discovered a lump in our dog's stomach, and that they were taking him to the vet today. I was so sure it was the end for him, that he'd have to be put to sleep.
Got the news today from mom that it's not that serious, but that he will need an operation, which will happen tomorrow. Hopefully that will go okay. The vet even said that Ami (my dog) looks like he's in good health, despite being deaf, and that this operation can give him some more years, which makes me very happy.
Was crying when my mom told me, was expecting the worst news, so the tears had to come, good they were tears of relief though. :)

Two low quality pictures of my doggie:

Yes, and preferrably a cute one like yours. Or maybe a cat. Cats are easier to take care of. And cute. ^^

Cats are easier, yes.
I've had both now, and must say I prefer dogs. They're not calle man's best friend for nothing. :)

Very, very true. I think I'm more of a cat person, though, despite the fact that I love dogs.

I think I'd get a cat when I first move out, but would love a dog when I get older, so it would get me out of the house for walks and such. But when you're first starting out I'd guess a cat is easier.

I dunno.

Cats are definitely easier when you're just starting out. They need less space inside the house, look after themselves quite well, and are cheaper to take care of than dogs, which is important if you don't have a lot to spend. And they have such a high cuteness factor, it's ridiculous. [goes off to iconise infinitely cute kittens]
