As you can see for yourself in the video clip at left, they are pretty dang irresistible.
But on to the bigger issue: whether or not the show will score a spot on the CW network in the fall. "We're optimistic," show runner Eric Kripke said. "You know, knock on wood. Overall, we're doing solid in the ratings, and I think we'll be back. You'll see it for year two."
Let me just say they'd better come back, based on what producer Robert Singer tells me: "We're cliffhanging the end of the season. So, I hope we get a second season so people will know what goes on, but we're gonna give you a real good cliffhanger." Ay, caramba!
Kripke mentioned that although he thinks Lost is a great show, he finds the endless mystery a little annoying (Oh no, he didn't!). So, he is tying up some major Supernatural storylines (oh yes, he did!). He says we'll definitely learn more about the mythology in the season finale, and it sounds like the mystery will be solved this spring.
Producers also revealed that Sacramento, California (where the boys' father is from), is significant--as is the necklace Jensen wears. And we'll find out more about Sam and Dean's childhood in an upcoming flashback episode.
Wait a minute. Flashback? Don't they do that on some other show? Hee! I kid--and scream--because I love. Now, anybody have a lozenge?
