Pictures from Poland

roguemThought I'd post the pictures we took while we were in Poland last weekend. Enjoy. :D
It was an amazing trip, I never thought we'd be able to cover so much ground in 48 hours (inkl. sleep). What we did in those two days, usually takes my family and I 4 days to a week to get thorough. I think Marie and Benedicte really enjoyed themselves, and I was very happy to be able to show and share with them all the stuff I've been babbeling about for so long.

Date: 2006-05-20 06:41 pm (UTC)There are financial problems in Poland, so they go abroad to earn money. Plus foreigners go to Poland to study and get degrees, then they go back home, leaving Poland with very few people well educated in various fields.
Now that they're in the Eu though things are looking up. And since the end of communism they've been working hard to rebuild and fix things.
I have to saty I see changes for each time I'm there, and it's a good thing.
Another good thing is that turism is growing, so they're looking at some good times ahead with regards to that.
I recommend everyone to go there. It's beautiful and people are so friendly, and this was a very long answer to a simple question. lol. But anyway, if you ever get the chance you should def go there.
