I am beyond pissed at the computer repair people!!! They've had my laptop for a month! I've told them I need it for work, I drove in last week and had to fill out the delivery form again. And what do I see whan I check the progress on their site today??? New entry today 'waiting for information from costumer'!! That's it, I'm setting loose my mom on them, and they're going to be sorry. 1 month for fucks sake, for a simple repair!!!!

They should be so fucking happy I don't have weapons.

Like I told [livejournal.com profile] yeuxdebleu it takes a lot to really get me pissed off, but I just lost my patience with these people.
It's weird, they've always been good to us before, and never taken over a week to fix anything, maybe it's new management or something.

Thanks. On one hand I feel silly because it's just a laptop, but it's also my lifeline, so it'd be nice to get it back.

The truth is I haven't lost any money by not having it, but most of my stuff is on it, and I've been promising stuff to my flist, and it's frustrating to make them wait this long as well.
However, they said that I might have to pay a share of a 100nkr (20,34AUD), it's not really that much, but after all this...if I have to pay I'm tempted to just take the comp and leave.

See, that's why I don't want to deliver my laptop for repair! And Telenor isn't any better! I have now got the phone line fixed, it just took them 3 gorram weeks to figure it out.. So happy online again and DO let your mother loose on them. They deserve it.

More and more people are bitching about telenor, so I'm staying away from them.
As for Expert, they've been really good to us before, and never taken more than a week top fix anything. I guess that's part of the reason why after 4 weeks of nothing I exploded.
