The Purifiers
May. 18th, 2004 10:15 amTalked to an old friend back in Vancouver BC who I went to high school with and haven't spoken to in a few years. He called on a completely unrelated matter and we just started yaking and catching up.He owns a metal supply shop and has supplied metal and crews to a few movie and TV productions in the Vancouver area including X-Men 2.
He indicated to me that he's already signed the contract to do the same for X-Men 3 and then mentioned the contract would carry over to X-Men 4 which would film back to back with #3.
Wow! Could this be related to the Phoenix storyline hinted at the climax of X2? Hopefully we'll know soon enough!

Maybe a silly thing to be happy about, but I'm getting alot of praise for my icon bases over at x2icons . Guess I'm just easily pleased. :)
I was on TV yesterday... They were showing a program called "Celebrities Disfigured" or something like it. They took two celebs and had them put on makeup, so they'd look disfigured. Then they had to go out and see how people would react. One of them was Craig Charles, the actor from "Red Dwarf". Well, he went to the London Film and Comic Con, the one I was at! He went in for the red dwarf talk, passed the ringers queuing, and there I was. Funny... It was a quick cut, but it was just an amusing sight.
