Oh! That's Haldir from Lord of the Rings. He's the first elf they meet in Lothlorien (Galadriel's land), and he dies in Two Towers. Blonde.
Anyway, that's ahorrible picture of him, poor guy. I've met him in person, he's actually quite good looking. Sadly not very photogenic, I've yet to see a picture that does that man justice.
