Thanks for all the nice messages to my previous entry. It's been a rough day, but people have been really nice and supportive.

Just wanted to let you guys know that my dad and I will be trying to install our new internett connection tomorrow. Knowing our family luck with stuff like that, we'll fail miserably and will have to call in someone to do it for us, which means we'll probably be offline for a week or two. If there are any important entries I've missed or will be missing in that time, please leave a linke here, thx.

It went okay, we got it up and running, but we killed the wireless, so I won't be able to be online as much for a while.
It costs crazy amounts of money to get help here, so were going to ask some friends who know stuff like this before we have to v\call in a proffesional.

awww no wireless i wish i knew what it felt like to have high speed internet instead i have dial up and its crap. But hopefully you can find someone to help you out who is free.

We got it back up this morning, with some help, so that was good.

I'm glad you got it up and running. Yeah dial up is horrible my friend has wireless internet so i bring my computer around just suck off of their stuff lol

Yeah i always offer to help them pay for it, i live out in an area where i can't get wireless only dial up or incredibly expensive satilite internet, so i soak theirs up but always feel like i need to offer them money.

Ah, we have some of those areas here too. I would think the internett providers would want to cover as much ground as possible...

They should but they never seem to think of the out of the way area's, i tried comcast and several others and none of them could reach us. If they wanted a profit they should expand.

It's just weird, I figure by now, it should be upgraded most places.
