Sorry about my blow up earlier, it was in no way directed at you guys. You've all been good with keeping things under wraps, and if I've seen any spoilers in your LJs it's not your fault.
My rant was directed at the comms, and people posting there without real warnings, which resulted in me knowing things I didn't want to know. Seriously... I don't even want to know what color socks they'll be weaing in an episode until I see it myself.

Had a weird day. Couldn't sleep all night, kept having dreams where I was in serious pain, so I kept waking up because of it, this happened all night. And was very annoying. I'm talking serious pain her, like my body had been contorted in some way it just couldn't handle.
When I woke up I was actually naseous because of the pain from my dreams, how weird is that?
Later in the day, while at work, my back started aching, for no reason really. It's still bugging me. I have no idea why it should be aching as I haven't really done anything that would affect my back. My only conclusion is that I must have slept in a really weir position or something when I actually did sleep, and that's why all this happened.

It's my dad's birthday today. :D *throws confetti*
Woke up this morning and mom and I made breakfast for him. He was very happy about the presents, he got 4 shirts, 1 sweater, 2 ties and 500zl (polish currency) that he can use in Poland.
We celebrated by going to a chinese restaurant for dinner. People have been calling him all day.
Think he's happy about the day, now he's enjoying himself watching a football (soccer) game on TV.
He's going to celebrate on Saturday, if I'm not mistaken.

Oh, btw, to my Norwegian friends. Have you seen the new commercial for IFA? The singing cop? I know that guy, well... I knew him. He used to live at the house in London. He was there during my second year. And that girl on the bike in the 'turn around' youghurt commercial lived there my first two years.
Funny to see people I've known or know on TV.

SAW

Went to the cinema with JC, Sol and HC on Sunday. "Saw" ended up as the Halloween movie.

I really liked it! I must admit that it was kind of slow going in the beginning, but it picked seriously up! It has kind of a Se7en'ish feel to it, dark and gritty. It's not trying to be in-your-face-gory, but was playing more with the psyche.
It's always weird to see Cary Elwes in a serious role. JC thought he over-acted, but I thought he did a good job.
Been online and had a look, many people have opinions on this film. Sure, I could tear it to pieces, but I liked the idea and how it was realized. Go watch it and make up your own mind!

Am going home in 2 days! Am going home in 2 days! Am going home in 2 days!
Am going slightly stir-crazy, played a round of cards yesterday, was going crazy at school coz a minute felt like an hour... today wasn't so bad. Tomorrow we're filming, Thursday is going to go on forever until I finally get on the plane home!

Camelia and I + to mates went to the cinema yesterday and watched "Master and Commander". I didn't expect anything from this movie, and I don't like Russel Crowe, but went to see it anyway. God, that movie was booooooring. First of I knew what was going to happen before it did, except one or two things with the doctor. When the movie was over, I was like; "That's it!?! That's what the critics have been raving about!?!" I was pleased to find out that I wasn't the only person who felt this way. Camelia and our two mates were bored as well, and Camelia loves every movie! I know Lily and Isen liked it. I'm happy that at least they enjoyed it, but I was seriously bored. The fight sequences were short and poorly co-ordinated. I'm starting to wonder if we saw the same movie as everyone else? Ah, well. Each to his own, I guess. But I must say that I prefer both "Sharpe" and "Hornblower" if we're going to rate stories based on books based on the Napoleonic wars. (Probably not the correct term, but I don't care.) The only thing I cared about in this movie was the relationship between the doctor and the little boy who had his arm cut off.

Last weekend Camelia and I saw "Timeline". It was entertaining, but I imagine the book was much better. For me, it was mainly ruined by the horrible acting of Frances O'Connor, everytime she was on screen I was cringing, because she was so terrible. What held my interest in this movie was the storyline with Gerard Butler and Anna Friel. The rest I didn't really bother with. It was an enjoyable movie for what it was, but there's no question that it could have been done sooo much better.

In conclusion, if you're gonna watch these movies, wait until they come out on video or on the telly.
